Born and raised in the scenic Leona Valley, Lindsey Karlis is a dynamic force fueled by passion, adaptability, and a deep love for connecting with people. A proud CSUN alumna and former president of her sorority, she earned her degree in Broadcast Journalism before stepping into the spotlight—literally—as part of the LA Kings Game Presentation department. If you attended a game between 2014 and 2017, you would have saw her on the ice as a skater for the Ice Crew.
 
After six exciting years in the sports entertainment world, Lindsey pivoted into the fitness industry, becoming a personal trainer at Equinox, where she brought her dedication and motivational spirit to clients on their wellness journeys. Over the past 15 years, she’s thrived across seven different industries, always bringing her trademark adaptability, sharp communication skills, and team-first attitude.
 
Lindsey isn’t just someone who shows up—she shows up for you. Whether it’s guiding someone through a transformative fitness journey, making their first event unforgettable, or supporting them through a major life shift, she’s the person you want by your side—cheerful, professional, dependable, and always going the extra mile.
