Born in Los Angeles, raised in South Orange County, Garrett is no stranger to the warm weather and sandy beaches of Southern California. His exposure to both counties makes him a multi-faceted team player who understands both markets inside and out – bringing significant value to the Gipe Esnal Group.

As a graduate and collegiate athlete from the University of Southern California, Garrett brings a sense of urgency, competition, and teamwork to every discussion. He is a dynamic, solution-oriented, strategist who has an expertise in streamlining any transaction. 
 
He enjoys his down time with his wife and 3 young daughters in the South Bay where they reside. Aside from family time, Garrett loves all endeavors related to fitness. After coaching his daughters’ sports teams, he has discovered a newfound passion – teaching young female athletes the skills needed to understand, embrace, and thrive in competitive environments.
